My Story

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by people.

I’ve wondered what shapes us.
Why we think the way we do.
Why some conversations change us while others simply pass by.

For more than three decades, I’ve had the privilege of working with and walking beside a wide variety of
people.

I’ve walked beside children, adults, families, leaders, healthcare professionals, and organizations. I’ve
walked beside people during some of life’s most difficult moments and some of its most meaningful ones.

People often see themselves as broken.

I don’t.

I’ve come to believe that most people aren’t broken at all.
They’re carrying experiences they haven’t had the space to understand.
They’ve learned to survive, adapt, protect themselves, and keep moving.
More often than not, they don’t need someone to fix them.

They need someone willing to:

  • Slow down with them.
  • Listen without judgment.
  • Notice what has been overlooked.
  • Create enough safety that discovery has room to emerge.

That’s where lasting change begins.

What You Can Expect

The best conversations don’t tell us who we are.
They help us discover who we’ve been all along.
That’s the kind of conversation I hope we have.

Beyond the Work

I’m a corporate trainer and a licensed social worker.
I’ve been playing the cello for more than four decades, and I still find joy in making music with others.
I enjoy deep conversations, a good puzzle, watching football, and spending time near the ocean.
I’ve been fascinated by killer whales for as long as I can remember.
I’m committed to lifelong self-improvement and understanding what helps us become better human beings, not because I think we’re broken, but because I believe there’s always more to discover.
Above all, I value authenticity.
I think people are at their best when they feel free to be themselves.

Where would you like to go next?
