Epigenetics

Epigenetics has become an important area of study in my ongoing journey to better understand human behavior, growth, and transformation.

Researchers continue to explore how our environment, experiences, and even the patterns passed down through generations can influence how we think, respond, and experience the world.

This perspective aligns with much of what I’ve observed throughout my career. Sometimes the challenges we face aren’t simply about what is happening today. They can also be influenced by experiences we’ve lived through, the environments we’ve been part of, and patterns we may not even realize we’re carrying.

My training in epigenetics has expanded the way I think about these possibilities and provides another lens I may draw upon when working with individuals and organizations.

Within Human Restoration, epigenetics is one of several areas of study that informs my work. Like every tool I use, the focus is never the method itself.

The focus is always the people.
